1. Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refunds are applicable only on eligible products.
  2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  3. Products such as innerwear, cosmetics, personal care items, and clearance sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Timeframe for Refunds

  1. Customers must request a return/refund within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

3. Refund Process

  1. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at mayastylez.fashion@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. Once your return is approved and received by us, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  3. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
  2. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping charges, if applicable).

5. Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
  2. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return/refund as per the above terms.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  1. The product is used, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging.
  2. The return request is raised after the 7-day return window.
  3. Certain categories (personal care, innerwear, sale items) are purchased.
