At Maya Stylez, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation terms below:
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
- To cancel your order, please email us at mayastylez.fashion@gmail.com with your order ID.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Maya Stylez
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product out of stock or unavailable.
- Errors in product pricing or description.
- Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions.
- In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and any payment made will be fully refunded.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- For successfully cancelled orders (before shipping), a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
